Once an order is placed, a confirmation email is sent out immediately. A second email is sent with tracking number once your order is being packaged and getting ready to be sent out. All orders are shipped via USPS. If you would like insurance on your package please choose Priority Shipping at checkout!!

Each order is handmade and made to order, therefore it takes time. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to fully complete before it is shipped out.(If an custom order requires me to order specific items to create your order please allow up to 14 days for your order to complete) Additionally, if an in stock order is placed with a custom order, THEY WILL BOTH BE SHIPPED OUT TOGETHER WHEN CUSTOM ORDER FINISHES PROCESSING.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that may seem fraudulent or suspicious. To avoid running the risk of your order being canceled please ensure your shipping and billing address match.
Once an order is shipped we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages damaged in transit. Should you experience any of these issues please file a claim with USPS.
